Villa Julia by Javier Mariscal is a cardboard playhouse for kids.

It's easiest to think of it as a game in five phases: assembly, personalization, decoration, occupation and disassembly.

Villa Julia’ comes with a plan detailing the easy instructions for assembly; children set it up themselves and make it their own by coloring the drawings found on the sides.

It's a cardboard house for little people, ideally kids, but if you happen to be under just over 4ft tall, it's good for you too. For your money, you get a cardboard house complete with windows and opening door, not to mention a mid-century style style chimney.

Arrives flat packed - please note the size as this is quite a large playhouse although a great place for mummies to hide for peace and quiet !
