Loft bed (172cm) with optional storage by Mathy by Bols

A Loft bed by Belgian designers Mathy by Bols – available in a wide array of colours.

The raised bed is to a height of 172cm.  It has a vertical ladder and a number of options for furniture to fill the space under the bed – if you need to make use of the space.

The bed can be made to fit a mattress 190 x 90cm (UK single mattress) or 200 x 90cm (European single mattress).  You can choose if the ladder goes on the right or left during assembly.

The clearance space underneath the bed is 135cm.

The total dimensions of the bed are

For a bed to fit a 190 x 90cm mattress –  H 172 x D 94 x L 199cm

For a bed to fit a mattress 200 x 90cm -H 172 x D 94 x L 209cm

You may want to create a den under the bed using beanbags or seating, alternatively, you have a number of options for accessories to add under the bed.

Shelving

There is a bookshelf shelf which can fit across under the headboard or footboard of the underneath of the bed.  This measures H 135 x W 81xm  It has three shelves of 33cm and one smaller shelf at the top of 16cm.  The shelving is available in all colours.

You can also choose the shelve the entire back wall of the underbed space.  Mathy by Bols have designed a large bookcase measuring L190 x D30 x H129cm. See the image entitled Loft bed with Large bookcase. The bookcase is available in all colours.

Desk

You can also add a small desk to the underbed area.  The Mathy by Bols Desk attaches to the head or footboard section and provides a small study area.  See images for how this can combine nicely with the small bookcase by Mathy by Bols for this bed. We also have to option to add a stool – to go with the desk.
