Delivery & Returns


Standard Delivery: We are able to deliver all over the UK Mainland via a range of courier networks. The cost is £5.95 for orders below £150.00 and free for orders above this.

I’m afraid there are some exclusions to this for our made to measure furniture as this has a higher level of delivery that we must charge for.

Furniture Delivery: Please note large furniture items are delivered to room of choice by a 2 man delivery team. We do not remove packaging. We will make contact to confirm a date for all furniture orders.

Please note we have a varied range of delivery times for our furniture. We regularly update lead times for our products, so please do take note of the lead times on the products you have ordered.

Express Delivery: Please note your order needs to be placed before 12pm in order to be dispatched in time for 1 – 2 days delivery.

We will dispatch your order via DPD or Royal Mail on a next day service. If you miss the 12pm threshold, please do get in touch and we will let you know if we can dispatch it in time for you. Please also note we will dispatch your order the day we receive it on a next day service, however there may be delays in the courier network beyond our control.

International Shipping: We are able to get a quote for you on a wide variety of our items. Please email us at [email protected] and we will come back to you as soon as we can.


At Nubie Kids our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping charges. Up to 30 days we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issuance.

As a small business I’m afraid we cannot cover the costs of returns. Depending on the size of your order if it is not furniture there is a collection fee up to £25.00.

Delivery charges will apply to exchanges.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on sale, special orders or large furniture items unless faulty. We are also unable to accept returns of rolls of wallpaper unless it is your whole order, i.e we cannot refund a singular roll from an order of 8 rolls. Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.  Made to order furniture is not refundable unless faulty.


All returns must be approved by Nubie. In the event of a return, please contact us via email to [email protected] with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject. If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require.

Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.

Damage/defect claims must be brought to our attention within 5 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be honored after 5 days. Contact us for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.

Seven day cooling off period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we provide a full refund on the goods, less relevant delivery charges, but you must return the cancelled items at your own cost. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
