To Our Customers: If you have placed an order with us and not yet received your goods we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil outstanding orders at this time.
For Refunds: If you have paid for goods that have not been delivered, we recommend that you contact your bank or credit card issuer to request a chargeback for the transaction. A chargeback is a reversal of the payment made to us and is a consumer protection provided by most banks and credit card companies. To initiate a chargeback, please follow these steps
Contact your bank or credit card issuer’s customer service department.
Provide them with the details of the transaction including the date, amount and merchant name (Nubie Kids Limited).
Explain that you have not received the goods for which you paid and request that they reverse the charge under their chargeback policy. *Please be aware that the time frame for filing a chargeback may vary depending on your bank of credit card providers policy
